Caden cut Chase's hair with scissors. This is the first time this has happened and to be honest I am surprised it hasn't happened sooner. We were outside when I noticed two big nicks in Chase's hair, I said Chase what happened to your hair? Chase: Caden cut it with scissors. Me: Why? Chase: Because I was sick!

It is hard to tell in this picture but there are two BIG nicks in Chase's hair.

Caden Preschool Graduation

Today was Caden's last day of Preschool. His school had a cute graduation program for them.

Caden has really enjoy school and loved his teacher Mrs. Johnson. Caden has learned many things this year, he can read basic sentences, count by 10's, count to 10 in Spanish, read a clock, knows all the letters and sounds, fractions, add and subtract, and I am sure many other things.

OPRAH

Today is Oprah's last show and I am so sad. I would TiVo every show and watch them at night after I got the boys in bed. I loved her shows and have learned so much from them. She is such an inspiration to me and has changed so many lives.

Father and Son's

Last weekend Chad took our boys to father and son's up by Zion's. Chase and Caden had so much fun camping with their Dad.

While they went to father and son's six of my friends and I went to Vegas for the weekend. We went shopping, ate lots of yummy food and had a great time doing girl stuff.

All in all everyone had a GREAT weekend!!

RIO

We went to Rio 3D when it first came out and loved it. I was just looking at our pictures and found these of the boys. Chase was so funny with the 3D movie, he would jump ever time something looked like it was going to get him. He would wear the glasses for a while then take them off when it got to "scary".

NO MORE DIAPERS!!!

So my little man is officially potty trained. Chase has been weeks without an accident and I am so HAPPY. No more pull-ups (even at night time)!! Of all the stages that I have been through so far with my kids potty training is my least favorite. There is nothing like cleaning up countless messes, washing 10 pair of underwear in a day, and standing in line at the store looking down and seeing a puddle under your child. O the joys of potty training!!

My Dad saw this child toilet seat in The Home Depot and thought this would be the ticket to get Chase to poop in the potty. It didn't work immediately but he eventually figured it out and O how we love this seat now. No more falling in the toilet for little bums!
