This year we stayed in St. George for the 4th of July. It was so so so HOT, it had been about 115 degrees all week long, but that didn't stop us from having a GREAT time. We went to the St. George parade then over to the St. George park for kids rides and games, had a BBQ with Chad's family that afternoon and then off to fireworks that night.

Erickson Family Reunion
Alan and Keri were in charge on the 2013 family reunion. We went up to Daniel Wyoming to the Wagstaff Ranch. Daniel is a long ways from St. George (about 10 hours) and a lot colder but we had a blast. The boys were in heaven playing with their cousins, shooting guns, riding four-wheelers and playing in the dirt. On the 2nd day Caden was driving a four-wheeler by himself with a group of other guys on motor bikes and four-wheelers when he looked up to watch the group and ran his four-wheeler off the bank of the river tipping it over on him pining him in the river. Chad luckily was in the lead of the group and stopped to make sure all the kids made it past the river ok when he saw Caden going off the bank. Chad ran over and was able to get the four-wheeler off Caden's legs. We felt so blessed that Caden was ok and that Chad was there with him. It could have been a lot worse if Caden hadn't had a helmet on and if no one was with him.

Washington City Pool Party
Washington city did a big pool party to start the summer off. Chad went into work on our office cabinets so I decided to brave it and take the boys. We had so much fun. There were a lot of people there but there were so many fun activities for the boys to do. They had action figures, mermaids, and pirates that were swimming and walking around, they had face painting, walk on water in balls, water fights, food booths, ice cream, live music, bounce houses and water slides. They really know how to throw a party!
The boys were so tired when we got home. They both fell asleep within minutes!
Swimming Lessons
This year we did swim lesson through Mrs. Kristin and had a great experience. The boys learned a lot!!
