Tooth #7 and #8!!

Caden lost tooth #7 and tooth #8 within a couple of days of each other!!

October 2012

The frist of October Caden and his dad went spike elk hunting up in Heber City Utah.  They had a lot of fun and was able to kill a elk.  Caden loved it as he always does, he is such a boy!!

 We also went to Staheli Farm this year.  We went  in the pumpkin patch, rode the rides and went through the petting zoo.  Caden's principal, Mr. Staheli's, family owns this farm and he was their this year doing the tractor rides.  He let Caden help drive the tractor this year. This is one of our favorite activities to do in October.

Hook in the neck!!

In October my Sister Tracy and her kids Bailey, Tyus and Peyton came to visit.  Chad took all the boys out on the boat to Sand Hollow to go fishing.  They had a great time until right before they were ready to come back to shore Tyus cast his fishing pole and the hook caught Caden in the neck.  Caden screamed as you could imagine and thought he was going to die.  Chad called me and I met them up at Sand Hollow and took Caden to the ER.  He screamed and screamed and didn't want anyone to touch his neck.  It took 4 guys to hold him down while the Dr. removed hook.  When they gave Caden the shot of numbing medicine he stopped screaming and looked at me and said it tickling me Mom.  It took the Dr about 30 min to carefully cut and get hook out. The Dr said it was in there good.  Poor Caden, the nurses told Caden that he was the most polite kid they have had.  While he was kicking and screaming he kept saying please don't please don't.  Hopefully we don't have to experience this again.  Caden's neck was just fine and you cant even tell it ever happened.  Caden says he will never go fishing with Tyus again, we will see!!

Kysen's Blessing Day!

Kysen was blessed November 25th 2012.  Both Chad and my families came to St. George for Thanksgiving that week so we thought that would be the perfect time to bless him.  Everyone in both of our families were able to come and that made it so special!!

Halloween 2012

We had a fun Halloween this year.  It was Kysen's first Halloween and our fist Halloween in our new neighborhood.  We went trick or treating around the neighborhood and had a lot of fun.  The kids had several parties throughout the week with church and school so we got to celebrate all week long!!

Chase's 4th Birthday!!

The night before Chase's Birthday we went to Red Lobster where he got to get a birthday cake and have the waiters sing to him.  He was on cloud 9!!

On Chase's birthday it just so happened that that was the day his teachers scheduled me to come help in his class.  It was so fun to watch him do his school activities and then pass out his treat and have the 

kids sing to him.  He loves the attention!!

 The night of Chase's birthday Grandma and Grandpa Nelson and Kori came over for Pizza, Presents, and cake.  Chase couldn't wait to open his presents.  Chase got Jake and Never Land Prirate Boat, Dinosaurs, Madagascar 3 movie, castle, blanket. and clothes.  He had a GREAT birthday!!

 Chase's favorite present was the pirate ship.  He had had his eye on that at Costco for weeks!

Caden Karate

Caden started karate at Ace Karate back in August.  The end of October Caden passed his yellow best test. Caden has really enjoyed doing Karate and is quite good at it (fighting comes natural to him).
