Swim Camp

Last week Caden participated in the city pool swim camp. Everyday for 2 hours the kids would go to the city pool and play water games and practice swimming skills. Caden loved it and learned so much. The last day he even jumped off the diving board twice. This was a big deal for him because he hates putting his head under water.

Kennington Reunion

July 22nd through the 24th was the Kennington Reunion up in Star Valley Wyoming. We went camping up by Palacades lake in a beautiful spot. Chad was gone on his annual Canada fishing trip so the boys and I headed up to my parents on Wednesday and then we with them Friday to the reunion. The boys had so much fun and it was fun seeing all of my extended family.

My mom had her 57th birthday while we were camping.

My cousin Kevin had this little four wheeler and motorcycle up there. Caden loved riding both of them and was so excited they were just his size and he could ride them with no adult. Caden gave a Chase a ride on the four wheeler then got off when they were done. Chase stayed sitting on the four wheeler playing and figured out how to start it and gave it some gas and was off. He was driving in circles around the camp with a couple of my cousin chasing after him trying to get it to stop. Chase ran into my cousins tent and tore it and my cousin Mike was able to grab him off the four wheeler. What a stinker!! He is to smart.

Sunday July 3rd we went for a walk on the bear river trail and saw the extremely high river, a beaver, buffalo, and elk. The boys loved seeing all that wildlife and it made Chad miss living in WY. Sunday night my brother Ryan and his family came over to my parents house to do fireworks.

Monday July 4th we headed to Woodruff for the traditional parade and dinner.
